Grateful community came together to pray for the successful outcome of road repairs
Olexandr Shevchenko joined the village folks for the ceremony of sanctification in Zaritcha, where repairs are in progress of the road Yabluniv - Deliatyn.
«I'm so glad to be here today with you. I'm glad to hear you've dealt with lies and dishonesty. This is a victory of your community indeed. Those 33 kilometers mean so much for Yabluniv, Deliatyn, Kosiv, Kolomyia and other towns», - said the people's Deputy.
Recently, for a few days, people living along the road Yabluniv - Delyatin were blocking two different routes, H-09 and P-24. They demanded to resolve the situation with delaying road repairs, which stayed unclear for the last three decades. There were plans to allocate 40 million UAH for the purpose of repairing these roads, from the local road fundation, but that was not enough. During the meeting with the Regional State Administration Chairman, Oleg Goncharuk, the community has stated their demands to increase the sum up to 80 million UAH. Although the works have already begun by "PBS", according to Olexandr Shevchenko's statement, still no funds were received for repairs of the Yabluniv-Delyatin road.
"The victory you claimed must become a demonstation for all the branches of state power. Ones who sat idle in their authoority chairs for too long, God bless them, but they must leave their offices.if we want changes to the country, we have to unite and together pursue our goals"...
After the liturgy, Olexandr Shevchenko stayed with the community for a breef speech, answered the questions, shared his thoughts and plans regarding the development of the region and the entire country.
