H-03: "PBS" company is doing a cold recycling regeneration
The regeneration process of the road H-03 is under way near the village of Dynivtsi. The "PBS" road company from Bukovel is doing the restoration of the road using the method of cold recycling.
This year, 400 million UAH were allocated from the state budget for the repairs of the road from Chernivtsi to Khotyn. The plans of the local authorities were to repair more than 40 kilometers of this highway. The Road Service are convinced that the cold recycling regeneration of the road base layer is a way to go for all the roads of the region.
"Our experience has shown that similar roads are capable to serve for more than 10 years. After that, the top layer will be replaced without touching the base. In addition, we will adjust the drainage system. If you repair a road completely and do your best - then the result will be worth it", - says the head of the Chernivtsi office of "PBS", Olexandr Lastivka.
The "PBS" company has already repaired 6 kilometers of the road H-03 between Nedoboivtsi and Kerstentsi this year. Last year, separate sections were repaired of the roads R-63 (Dankivtsi - Sokiryany), T-26-02 (Chernivtsi - Zastavna) and T-26-01 (Vyzhnytsia - Zeleniv).
