Tlumach: current average repairs of Hrushevskyi street are underway
On a 800-meter section, "PBS" road-builders got border stones removed and the old road pavement excavated out. Right now we're repairing the road base and drainage system.
"Soils are unstable here. Due to moisture and high load, the road base dissolves. If we asphalt without base reinforcement, pits will surely appear again. Now we're leveling the profile of the road with gravel, repairing the drainage system", - "PBS" experts.
The works are proceeding according to the plan. As soon as we strengthen the road base, Hrushevskyi street will be asphalted.
"As far as we can remember, the road was causing us big trouble. The street was prone to water stagnation when it rained heavily. God bless those people to do everything fast, we believe in this company and we know that they'll do their best", - local people.
"So many vehicles for such a small area, it's evident that professionals are working here. I often take my young son out to see them work, we like watching big machinery, especially excavators", - Ilona, a local woman.
