Did you know that once Europe's largest settlement, and now the most extent village in Ukraine is located in the Carpathian Mountains? We're talking about Mykulychyn. It once stretched for 44 kilometers.
A 9-kilometer segment of the national significance road H-09, Mukachevo - Lviv, runs through the village. Right now PBS arranges a gravel-mastic upper asphalt-concrete layer in Mykulychyn.
"From Tatariv, we gradually moved to Mykulychyn. In general, the gravel-mastic upper asphalt-concrete layer has been already completed along more than 10 kilometers of the road. As soon as weather permits, we will push forward", - PBS road workers.
After placing the upper layer on the main road, we will proceed to making side transitions, improved roadsides and plastic road markings.
We apologize for temporary jams on the road H-09. We are trying to optimise traffic so that it might be as comfortable as possible for drivers and our employees.
