Sheparivtsi road: side transitions are being arranged
In the village of Sheparivtsi, Kolomyia district, PBS is working on side transitions. The work is underway in the center of the village, near the village council.
"Last year we have repaired 15 kilometers of the road T-09-05, Deliatyn - Rakivchyk. Due to lack of funding though, the works were suspended. So far we are lacking 40 million UAH to be transferred to our accounts. We were unable to complete some of those side transitions. But now we resume the works. By the way, we do it in advance again", - Vasyl Matsiuk, production and technical department engineer.
Right now, there are 3 side transitions ready in Sheparivtsi. It was important for locals to have a convenient transition to Lesia Ukrainka street, there were certain inconveniences for both drivers and pedestrians.
"The hight of the transition is now reaching up to knees, thus cars are passing with difficulty. Mlynivski baths recreation complex is located further along the street. Large groups of children are visiting the place daily to swim in the pool and do daily workouts", - local residents.
In order to arrange convenient side transitions to lesser importance roads, PBS specialists are elevating the level with gravel-sand composition and then put asphalt over it. The work is scheduled to finish in one day.
