The PBS are preparing to asphalt an intersection in the town of Lutsk
On the night of October 5, PBS workers are planning to start asphalting the intersection of Karpenko-Karyi and Dubnovska streets in the city of Lutsk.
"We have already executed all the preparatory work and now proceed to installation of the bottom asphalt concrete layer. Over the night, we plan to asphalt four and a half thousand square meters of the road. We'll see how the process will go. The next night we will continue", - Ihor Bondariev, executive director of PBS.
This will be the bottom asphalt concrete layer. According to the project there will be two of them. The gravel-mastic upper layer, which will be layed down later, will protect the road base from moisture, as gravel-mastic compositions are capable of creating a high-density coating that provides strong grip with wheels even when exposed to moisture and rainwater.
