Naberezhna street: 5 years later
It's been 5 years since our company took over the Naberezhna street repairs in Ivano-Frankivsk. That was the first time we took a project outside Bukovel resort. It was the time we adopted technologies new to the Ukrainian road-building industry, i.e. cold recycling, capable of turning old asphalt wreckage into a monolithic concrete foundation.
Back in 2015, regional authorities summoned weekly meetings in order to check the quality of works. Neither have people seen this amount of machinery at a single building site yet, nor have they heard of cold recycling previously.
There was a time, when this detour was infamously referred to as "the road of death", and now it's the best road in the city. It boasts reliable bicycle trails, sidewalks and illumination. Having endured years of operation, the road stays in excellent condition.
