"PBS" reports road repair season start in Subcarpathian region
Monday starts with good news. The Bukovelian company "PBS" commences large-scale repairs of the Ivano-Frankivsk region roads. The first-queue of repairs will be the central road in the village of Holyn, Kalush district. The road will be repaired throughout the entire village, with a total length of 3,600 km.
"The machinery is already in place. Repairs will start right away. The old coating on this road is no longer suitable for minor repairs, gets destroyed too quickly. Therefore, we will eliminate the old one and do the same as we did to other H-10 sections - cold recycling regeneration plus two asphalt layers", - said Volodymyr Byhar, "PBS" LLC foreman.
The national significance road H-10 Ivano-Frankivsk - Bolekhiv is of the highest priority to us. Therefore, in addition to Holyn, other sections will be renovated, in particular in the village of Broshniv. Currently, funding is not enough to finish the project completely, still we hope that money allocation will continue over the course of the year, allowing all the most problematic sections of the road to be repaired.
