Shevchenko street overhaul has started in Kolomyia
An overhaul has started at Shevchenko street in Kolomyia, from the crosswalk up to Teatralna street intersection.
“We are currently milling off the old asphalt pavement. Soon after we'll dig an additional trench to completely replace the road structure. We're going to install a geotextile cloth layer, which will increase the longevity of the road and help reduce furrow effects. As always, we will arrange a solid gravel base and out on two asphalt concrete layers”, - says "PBS" employee Ihor Petruniak.
"PBS" road builders promise to repair the street in the shortest possible time. As soon as traffic resumes, they shall proceed to paving the pedestrian lanes.
