The landslide blocking P-21 road has been eliminated
The landslide blocking the road P-21 Dolyna - Khust has been eliminated. Caused by moisture oversaturation within soil, this obstacle originated due to the huge amount of precipitation in the area between the village of Torun and the Torun mountain pass, Mizhhiria district. A large amount of ground cover shifted, threatening the entire road structure.
"PBS" has carried out repairs to strengthen the road itself and the roadside roadbed.
“When we arrived, there was such a marsh that the excavator just sank in the mud. First of all, we channeled the stream away from the road. Then we completely eliminated the entire swamp, made drainages and finally stuffed the cavity with oversized stone, gravel and gravel-sand mixture”, - "PBS" foremen.
Our employees have strengthened the shore of the stream, eliminated the surface defects and repaired the roadway. With barrier fencing complete, the area will become safe for traffic.
