Over the past year, more than 200 kilometers of state inportance roads and 32 other structures have been repaired in the Ivano-Frankivsk region. The restoration of the road P-21 Dolyna - Khust is a particularly important factor for increasing development of region's economy.
The village of Vyshkiv is located along the highway P-21. Previously, the village was steadily in decline, due to drivers refusing to drive the broken highway. Last year, however, the "PBS" company rebuilt the highway along its entire length, under the presidential program "The Big Construction". As a result, communities are now growing rapidly.
Vyshkiv's natives are excited to welcome tourists visiting from Kyiv, Odessa, Rivne, Poltava, Lviv and other cities.
"We received a lot of calls this winter. Our house is now booked two months in advance. All hostels in Vyshkiv are full", - says property owner Anna Shulyk.
The T-bar lift is in full operation, lots of skiers visiting. Lots of people here every weekend. The community budget is also benefiting due to income from gas stations, as the traffic has increased tenfold.
“The T-bar lift has been here for 20 years, but since there was no good road, it started to decline. The previous owner sold it. With the new road, people started driving and the ski lift is once again in demand on weekends. Tourists are coming, the snow is good, everyone is happy", - says Stepan Halus, Deputy Director of the Vyshkiv recreation complex.
We are pleased to point out that the large-scale reconstruction of Ukrainian highways is already showing results. "PBS" is contributing to a solid foundation for the stability of our country.
